The following sections are included in each ticket offer:

• the value of the selected fare
• the value of the airport charges, which are based on the specific itinerary of the journey, as each airport naturally charges passengers through the airline for the use of its services.
• the value of additional charges levied by the airline, such as fuel and security charges, which are subject to the terms of the chosen fare if the ticket is refunded - i.e. in the case of a non-refundable fare, these charges are also non-refundable.
• Service fee charged by the travel agency, which must reflect its own costs - from investment in IT solutions, in-house team and training, IATA certification costs, etc.
