Our company Air Pro Ltd. considers the protection and confidentiality of your data to be very important. We process and use your personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (General Data Protection Regulation).

Why do we need your personal data and what are your rights in relation to this?

We process your personal data for the purpose of providing travel services.( Name and surname, date of birth, nationality, email, telephone, number and validity of travel document)

These data are recorded by our travel agency for the time necessary.

All personal data collected from customers and third parties is used exclusively for internal company use, protected from misuse and not provided to third parties without prior notice or consent.
The exceptions are external companies that provide services for us and government authorities.

We contractually require all such service providers (other than public authorities) to process your personal data in accordance with data protection terms and applicable legislation.

Customer rights regarding the management of personal data

Right to information

You have the right to information about the processing of your personal data. We will include this information with your request for access to your personal data.

Access to personal data

If you require further information about specific personal data, you have the right to be informed if we are processing your personal data. You also have the right to be provided with copies of your personal data and to be told details of the processing. Finally, you have the right to access a list of your rights - rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, object to processing, lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Withdraw consent

If we process your personal data on the basis of your consent, you can withdraw this consent at any time. Once we have received your withdrawal, we will no longer process your personal data for these purposes.

It is your right to receive information about the data we process about you. You also have the right to rectification or erasure of incorrect or outdated data, the right to restriction of processing and the right to object to processing. We are obliged to transfer your personal data to the data controller/processor of your choice upon your request.
